Installation & Setup

1. Mounting: Use the included mounting kit to fix the reader on the wall or surface. Ensure it’s positioned at least 20 cm away from other readers to avoid interference.
2. Wiring: Follow the detailed wiring diagram to connect the reader to your access control panel. The device supports Wiegand, RS232, and TouchMemory interfaces.
3. Mobile Credentials: Use the U-Prox Mobile ID app to configure and store mobile credentials on smartphones.
4. Keypad Functions: Connect and configure the reader to work with the available Wiegand formats (26-64 bit) or RS232 for easy integration with your existing security system.
